Running Things and Look Good While Doing It

"Fashion is the armor to survive the reality of everyday life." - Bill Cunningham
Hey Loves! So you guys want to know one thing that I absolutely hate? When women especially come out looking like who did it and what for! Now don't get me wrong, sometimes it is hard with all the things we women have to accomplish in one day. (We are modern day heroes if you ask me.) But nonetheless, I have unfortunately witnessed women who come out without having no consideration of what they look like. And I am not saying we have to step out the house looking red carpet ready but one must pride herself to look presentable. My sisters we have GOT to do better. And don't get me wrong I am not trying to fuss at anyone, but I honestly say this because I care. I LOVE all of my beautiful sisters of the world! Today called for a busy day of appointments and running errands. So I opted for a simple but chic outfit. You can never go wrong with some skinnies. The pair that you see here is actually 3 years old! I got them from New York and Company and after numerous washes, a few accidental trips to the dryer and a small growth spurt they still fit amazing! They are so comfy and pretty much go with anything! I paired them with this blouse from New York and Company and these beautiful leopard heels. Outfit was comfortable and cute and got me through the day. I put my hair in a low bun because it's quick, cute and low maintenance. I can brush my hair back, secure the bun with a few elastics and go. So ladies being fabulous while running errands is very possible just got to have those easy go-to pieces. Hope this inspires someone! I love seeing all of the beautiful women of this world be the queens that they are! XO and Stay FAB! - Stormie

How to Make Metallic Work for your Office Wardrobe - Twirling in Rose Gold

"To dare is to lose one's footing momentarily. To not dare is to lose oneself." ~ Soren Kierkegaard

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday! One trend that I am loving for Spring is the metallic trend. I am spying it everywhere from shoes to clothing to accessories. I raved awhile back about my obsession with this skirt that I got from Charlotte Russe. I love it so much that I had to feature it again on here! For this particular look, I opted to for a more work appropriate ensemble. I paired it with this ruffle blouse that I got ages ago from New York and Company. Even though this piece is no longer available, I linked some ruffle blouses just as fabulous as they are affordable below.

To keep it business casual, I opted to pair it with a blazer and my fave booties. That way you are still covered but fashionable. You can totally make metallic work for the office by letting it be the focal point and pairing it with neutrals. That way you won't be going overboard, especial…

How to Style - B+W Striped Dress 3 of 3 Ways

"We must be willing to let go of the life we planned in order to have the life that is waiting for us." ~ Joseph Campbell
Hey hey sweetie pies I am excited to show you the third way that I styled this dress from Rainbow. I opted to wear it tunic style with a pair of jeans and strappy heels. If the length is too long you can opt to leave two or three buttons closed and tie the ends of the shirt into a knot. It helps you  pull off that easy casual look. You can easily create variations of this look by swapping a few things. You can easily swap out the heels for some flat mules for the perfect casual spring outfit. Or you swap out the jeans for long distressed shorts with sandals for sexy casual look. Even though I have styled this dress 3 ways, the options are really endless. Make sure to check out the 1st or 2nd way that I styled this dress. Which look is your fave? 1, 2, or 3?! Leave your thoughts below I would love to hear!

As always, XO and Stay FAB! ~ Stormie J
