Black and Blue

"Creativity takes courage." ~ Henri Matisse

Hey Loves! Soooo who has had a great week?! I know I have! Jam-packed but nonetheless a great week. Despite my slightly hectic schedule, you know I had to squeeze a little time for you guys!

I was loving the weather in today's post! It was cool but not freezing with plentiful sunshine. Coffee in hand and I was in heaven!

I actually love being outdoors and taking in some fresh air. (Well as long as I am not fighting mosquitoes and flies the whole time, I HATE that! lolz) It provides the perfect opportunity to unwind for a moment from all the hustle and bustle of everyday work. What is your relaxation getaway?

"Stuff your eyes with wonder, live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories." ~ Ray Bradbury

Hey Loves! So in today's post this outfit is great for the office or grabbing lunch with your girlfriends! It is simple, casual yet all the while still being fab!

This look is easy to recreate and make your own! Add your own flair with the accessories and be the fabulous fashionista that you are! I opted for flats this go around but you can easily dress it up with some pumps.

I got these pants from Old Navy back last fall for $10! Now of course the stores no longer have some of these items but I will link similar ones to help get you started. Happy Shopping!

"Creativity is essentially a lonely art. An even lonelier struggle. To some a blessing. To others a curse. It is in reality the ability to reach inside yourself and drag forth from your very soul an idea." - Lou Dorfsman

Hey Loves! I hope that everyone is having a great week so far. Today's post is dedicated to all the leopard lovers out there like myself! I personally think that leopard is the new neutral if you ask me. Lolz

For this outfit I based the entire outfit around my fave blazer, leopard! I opted for skinny black jeans with this light wash jean shirt. Since the sleeves of my denim shirt are longer, I just cuffed them to my blazer. I finished the look with my suede black booties.

Fab, Unique and Chic

"Don't think. Thinking is the enemy of creativity. It's self-conscious, and anything self-conscious is lousy. You can't try to do things. You simply must do things." - Ray Bradbury
Hey Loves! I hope everyone is having a great and productive week! As for me, I have been trying to dodge this cold that seems to be hovering me. A couple of days ago, I had a sore throat and now I have a cough that I can't quite shake. But with the grace of God I will get better. (You all know what happened last time I got severely sick. I had to practically go hide under a rock!)

However, I still have a post for you guys! I felt like wearing something a little different for today's post. The weather has been a little weird where I live here in Louisiana. It has been pretty cool in the morning to warming up significantly in the afternoon.
Well in today's post I decided to take advantage of it! I opted for this jumpsuit that I actually got from my aunt. (She stays shoppin…

FAB in Boots and a Peacoat

"The things that make me different are the things that make me." - A. A. Milne

Hey Loves! So in today's post I am rocking a feminine casual chic look that is easy to recreate. I opted for this breezy dress with boots, a cozy scarf and peacoat to finish off the look.

I decided to keep my hair simple by putting it in a low bun. I also opted for simple accessories for this casual outfit.

Everything in this outfit is old... (Sad face) However, I will link similar items to everything you see here. Happy Shopping!

That's Why it is Called STYLE!

"Don't try to figure out what other people want to hear from you; figure out what you have to say. It's the one and only thing you have to offer." - Barbara Kingsolver

Hey Loves! I want to share something with you guys that is somewhat of a pet peeve to me. So I saw a post a couple of days ago and the comments that certain individuals made bothered me to the core. The comments came off very one-sided and very judgmental. Now don't get me wrong I fully understand that everyone is entitled to an opinion. However, it bothers me when one person doesn't know how to express that opinion without sounding like a douche. I also understand that everyone doesn't know how to properly communicate their thoughts in an appropriate manner. However, one should always be considerate of how they communicate their thoughts to others. I say all that to say this, one's opinion simply doesn't matter. Do not let someone's small-minded opinion affect the way you look …

"The ability to dream is all I have to give. That is my responsibility; that is my burden." - Harlan Ellison

Hey Loves! Here is a style set from the DailyLook.com. Hopefully this provides a little inspiration as you plan your next #ootd for running about in the city or perhaps dinner night with friends. I would love this trench coat in my closet. If you click on any of the items in the collage, serves as a direct link to that item. Happy shopping! XO and Stay FAB! - Stormie

Stylin' on the Edge

"You don't make art, you find it." - Pablo Picasso

Hey Loves! So for today's post I went for an edgy laid back vibe. It was a rainy and gloomy day so I went for something quick and easy to throw on.

It has been raining quite a bit these past couple of days which sucks for me because I like to run outside. But sunshine always follows rain right? I chose to rock these sneaker wedges because they are comfy and don't have to worry about messing them up. This is a look different from anything I have really posted on here but I love it! Whaddya guys think?

First Post of 2015!

"Style is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and not giving a damn." - Gore Vidal

Hey Loves! Happy New Year! I trust and hope that everyone had a safe and happy new year. I am happy to be showing off a few Christmas gifts in my first post of 2015. It has been really cold the past couple of days here in Louisiana so I am pulling all the stops; coats, fur, scarves, boots you name it!

One of my first Christmas gifts are these sexy Steve Madden Boots that I got from my boyfriend. The second gift is the dark blue and white Michael Kors bag that I got from my Nana. She is always thinking of my sorority, even though the color is technically royal blue (trust there is a difference lolz). I absolutely love both of my gifts! I opted to rock this white blouse and leggings from New York and Company. Similar items can be found here and here

I am so excited as for what's to come this year. Do any of you guys have resolutions for 2015? If so, comment below! Don't be shy!
