"The trouble with having an open mind, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it." ~ Terry Pratchett

Hey Sweetie Pies! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and are having an even more awesome Monday!
As I am typing this I am thinking about the fact that I have had roughly 4 hours of sleep. If there's one thing that I have learned in the more recent months is that I have to love the grind. It guarantees me that I will be able to push forward and persevere, even when I don't necessarily want to. I have been having a jam packed schedule  lately (which honestly prefer because I get bored easily) and sometimes it's hard to balance it all. I will be posting a video hopefully later this week where I will share some of the many things that I do btw... But I said all that to say this, most people cringe when it comes to Mondays, they aren't motivated. Most people don't look forward to Mondays or the week at all for that matter. For people who feel this way, it is usually because they feel like their life has no direction or purpose. They don't do the things that they love. I for one, cannot operate like that. I have to immerse myself into things that I love and are passionate about. Otherwise I am just a very very unhappy person. I encourage you all to figure out what it is that pushes you, intrigues you, excites you and pursue that. The way I see it, life is hard and short as it is, you might as well enjoy it!

What do you guys think of this look? I wore this look the other week for work. I loved it! You guys know I love me a denim shirt! I loved the pearls and the crystals together. My pearl necklace and crystal bracelet are both from Chloe+Isabel. I wanted to add a little more flair to my shirt so I added these stud earrings from +CharmingCharleHQ to my collar. I really liked the outcome! I will definitely be trying this other blouses, ones that have collars in particular. I opted for these new strappy heels from A'Gaci to add a hint of sexy. (I probably still look like a 7th grader with my little fro though, HAHA!)

I hope you guys enjoy the rest of your week? What big things that you have to tackle this week? A test? A paper? A new assignment for work? A personal project? I feel like I should always be working towards something. Let me know what's going on in your world!

As always, XO and Stay FAB! ~ Stormie

4th of July Style Inspiration - Romper with Wrap Skirt Review

"You've got to be willing to lose everything to gain yourself." ~ Iyanla Vanzant

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday! I have been loving all of the new pieces that I snagged a while back such as this romper that I snagged for under $25! With a scoop neckline and a wrap skirt giving the illusion of a dress from the back, this printed piece is great for the 4th of July or for a dinner out with the girls!

It contains two skinny straps - allowing you to flaunt your decolletage which is perfect for a night out with strappy heels. If you are not a fan of showing much cleavage, and you are on the bustier side like yours truly, then you may want to opt out of this piece. I am a D-Cup and it definitely is on the revealing side, however I do not mind. I love my curves... ALL of them. My special man reminds me all the time of how beautiful my body is. (Thanks hunni!)

With a sheer panel that wraps around the waist gives it a wrap skirt look. I love the print with warm and cool tone…
