10 Tips to Get Your Life Together!

"We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us." ~ Joseph Campbell

Hey sweetie pies! It is Friday! I hope you all have had a great week! Last week and this week have been kind of crazy for me. (Like I thought I was going to have a quarter life crisis crazy...) But seriously, it got a little stressful for me mid-way through the week and figured I needed a serious regroup. So I sat down and thought of 10 things I needed to do to get my life together and I thought that it may work for you as well!

1. Set a time to get up everyday and stick to it!
This will help your body establish a routine and your body will thank you!

2. Set a time to go to bed every night and stick to it!
Sometimes this is even hard for me, especially since I am such a night owl. I also honestly believe that I am most creative at this time. But it is so important to give your body the rest that it needs. Once again, establishing a routine is one of the best things that you can do for your body.

3. Incorporate physical exercise into your daily routine.
We can manage to squeeze everything into our routine but exercise huh? I have been terribly guilty of this. Luckily, my job (dance teacher) allows me to be physically active. Can't get to a gym? Try doing jumping jacks during the commercial breaks for Empire or Scandal, try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, try parking far away from the entrance at your office,.... other extracurricular activities..... I MEANT YOGA OR PILATES YOU GUYS! (you little nasties) anything to get the blood flowing and the heart pumping. :)

4. Plan your outfit the day before or a week in advance.
Doing this can easily cut down your time getting ready in half and keep you from feeling stressed in the am. It also keeps your closet from looking like a tornado ripped through there.

5. Get a planner.
I have spoken on this in a video post but I think this is beneficial for any and everyone. Whether you are just a student or a CEO. Trust me, it's a great investment.

6. Don't stress!
I really have to take my own advice on this one because I get worked up so easily. But stressing doesn't do anything for you, at ALL! So just don't do it.

7. Make time for YOU!
Make sure to take time for yourself. Whether that's reading a book, getting your nails done, (my fave) yoga, taking a nap whatever it is. Make sure you take the time to take care of yourself, and that's an order!

8. Set realistic short term goals and long term goals then keep track of them.
This keeps you from becoming complacent and stagnant. It also allows you to hold yourself accountable. It also reminds you to celebrate once you achieved your goals. I have a notebook where I write EVERYTHING that I want to do before I die, and I love it!

9. Don't be too hard on yourself.
You are only human! Don't be so hard on yourself. Always remember to just try and be your best and as long as you do that, you always succeed.

10. Love GOD and yourself.
I am not trying to push religion on anyone by no means. I personally feel that I have to have a relationship with God and to love myself. I always tell myself that I am special because I am a Child of God and I know I can't go wrong.

I hope this helped and inspired someone today. Have a great weekend!

As always, XO and Stay FAB! ~ Stormie

4th of July Style Inspiration - Romper with Wrap Skirt Review

"You've got to be willing to lose everything to gain yourself." ~ Iyanla Vanzant

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday! I have been loving all of the new pieces that I snagged a while back such as this romper that I snagged for under $25! With a scoop neckline and a wrap skirt giving the illusion of a dress from the back, this printed piece is great for the 4th of July or for a dinner out with the girls!

It contains two skinny straps - allowing you to flaunt your decolletage which is perfect for a night out with strappy heels. If you are not a fan of showing much cleavage, and you are on the bustier side like yours truly, then you may want to opt out of this piece. I am a D-Cup and it definitely is on the revealing side, however I do not mind. I love my curves... ALL of them. My special man reminds me all the time of how beautiful my body is. (Thanks hunni!)

With a sheer panel that wraps around the waist gives it a wrap skirt look. I love the print with warm and cool tone…
