Lust Worthy Items in Pantone Color Serenity

"To try and fail is at least to learn. To fail to try is to suffer the loss of what might have been." ~ Benjamin Franklin

Hey Sweetie pies! It is February already! I almost can't believe it! I know Valentine's Day is now less than 2 weeks away so your entire world may becoming flooded with shades of pink and red. And normally I would be totally okay with that, (you all know I LOVE pink!) but today, So Fabulously Sweet will be painted blue! Let me correct that, the blog will be painted Serenity today!

Lust Worthy Items in Pantone Color Serenity

So in case you all didn't know, Pantone released 2 colors of the year. The first one being rose quartz which I did a post about the other week that you can view here. And then serenity, which fits perfectly due to its soft shade of blue that makes you think of any and everything dreamy. Of course these two colors will be everywhere this year from fashion to art to architecture and I cannot wait! I comprised this collage of some totally Swoon-worthy items in this dreamy magical blue hue. I tried to include everything from fashion to cosmetics to home decor to accessories. And of course you know everything is linked so that you can shop from my polyvore page. Just click an item, then it will redirect you to my Polyvore page and then click on that said item again and it will take you to that website and you can purchase! Of course I included budget friendly items as well as splurge worthy items!

Which color of the year is your favorite? It's kind of a tough one but if I had to pick I would choose rose quartz. It is just so feminine and pretty!

Have a great week sweetie pies! See you back here on Wednesday!

How to Make Metallic Work for your Office Wardrobe - Twirling in Rose Gold

"To dare is to lose one's footing momentarily. To not dare is to lose oneself." ~ Soren Kierkegaard

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday! One trend that I am loving for Spring is the metallic trend. I am spying it everywhere from shoes to clothing to accessories. I raved awhile back about my obsession with this skirt that I got from Charlotte Russe. I love it so much that I had to feature it again on here! For this particular look, I opted to for a more work appropriate ensemble. I paired it with this ruffle blouse that I got ages ago from New York and Company. Even though this piece is no longer available, I linked some ruffle blouses just as fabulous as they are affordable below.

To keep it business casual, I opted to pair it with a blazer and my fave booties. That way you are still covered but fashionable. You can totally make metallic work for the office by letting it be the focal point and pairing it with neutrals. That way you won't be going overboard, especial…

How to Style - B+W Striped Dress 3 of 3 Ways

"We must be willing to let go of the life we planned in order to have the life that is waiting for us." ~ Joseph Campbell
Hey hey sweetie pies I am excited to show you the third way that I styled this dress from Rainbow. I opted to wear it tunic style with a pair of jeans and strappy heels. If the length is too long you can opt to leave two or three buttons closed and tie the ends of the shirt into a knot. It helps you  pull off that easy casual look. You can easily create variations of this look by swapping a few things. You can easily swap out the heels for some flat mules for the perfect casual spring outfit. Or you swap out the jeans for long distressed shorts with sandals for sexy casual look. Even though I have styled this dress 3 ways, the options are really endless. Make sure to check out the 1st or 2nd way that I styled this dress. Which look is your fave? 1, 2, or 3?! Leave your thoughts below I would love to hear!
