Vacay Series 2016 : Rock these On-Trend Styles this Summer!

"I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time."
~ Jack London

Hey sweetie pies, happy Wednesday! I hope you all had a safe and fun 4th of July! I am continuing my vacay series with today's post - stylish trends to rock this summer. If you happen to have checked out my 10 Reasons why I love summer post then you would've seen one thing I love about the summer is the fashion! I want to go into more details about the many summer trends that you will want to rock all summer long!

Fringe is one trend that can easily give a piece a chic boho vibe or chic sexy vibe. You can rock fringe on everything from shoes to bikinis to jewelry. Take your pick - or for that matter just choose them all!

Off the shoulder ensembles are literally everywhere this season. You can easily browse pretty much any fashion blog and get plenty ideas of how to incorporate this trend in your next look! Off the shoulder tops/dresses allow you to show some skin and feel sexy but still be modest!

I love pom pom anything! Whether that's in the form of a bag charm or accents on a fun scarf - I WILL make sure that it is mine! Pom poms are super fun and add an unique twist to an outfit.

Now I don't know about you, but when I think of summer, I immediately think of bold colors and prints! Summer is the perfect time to experiment with such a trend. You can allow a bold piece be the standout piece or do some color blocking and be the life of the party! Either way, you are WINNING!

Ahhh if you know me, you know I love me some mirrored sunnies! I instantly feel cool and summer ready when wearing some of these. I prefer an oversized pair for those days when I don't wear a lot of makeup. (I am sure someone can relate to the struggle!) I feel like everyone should have at least one pair to have for the summer and vacay! They are also perfect to throw on when going through the airport!

How to Make Metallic Work for your Office Wardrobe - Twirling in Rose Gold

"To dare is to lose one's footing momentarily. To not dare is to lose oneself." ~ Soren Kierkegaard

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday! One trend that I am loving for Spring is the metallic trend. I am spying it everywhere from shoes to clothing to accessories. I raved awhile back about my obsession with this skirt that I got from Charlotte Russe. I love it so much that I had to feature it again on here! For this particular look, I opted to for a more work appropriate ensemble. I paired it with this ruffle blouse that I got ages ago from New York and Company. Even though this piece is no longer available, I linked some ruffle blouses just as fabulous as they are affordable below.

To keep it business casual, I opted to pair it with a blazer and my fave booties. That way you are still covered but fashionable. You can totally make metallic work for the office by letting it be the focal point and pairing it with neutrals. That way you won't be going overboard, especial…
