OOTD Inspiration

"For me, insanity is super sanity. The normal is psychotic. Normal means lack of imagination, lack of creativity." ~ Jean Dubuffet
Hey hey sweetie pies! For today's post I have this look that I wore the other day. I loved this simple chic look so I figured that I would share with you all here on le blog! I actually wore this look to church and then out to eat with Davy afterwards. I was super comfortable in this turtleneck midi dress. I opted for some booties because it was cold that morning paired with my faux fur jacket. I completed the look with a long necklace and statement earrings. What do you sweetie pies think of this look? Chime in the comments below!

Holiday Themed Winter Tag!

"Creativity is contagious, pass it on." ~ Albert Einstein
Hey sweetie pies, happy Wednesday! I figured for today's post I would do something a little fun. I am part of a blogger network group and we are doing a winter tag so I figured I would join in on the fun! Since Christmas is my absolute favorite time of the year, I couldn't resist! Here I have a series of 15 questions relating to winter time and the holidays. Check out my answers below!
1. What is your favorite holiday tradition? I actually have quite a few but some of my favorites are picking out a live tree, baking goodies while listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas specials with Davy while drinking hot cocoa or tea.
2. What's your favorite go to winter lippies? I personally love wearing Too Faced's Melted Liquid Lipstick or my tried and true Milani Lipstick. But honestly, pretty much anything that is in dark rich tones are ideal for me. I will always gravitate towards those because t…

Blog-Mas - Style Outside my Comfort Zone

"You were born extraordinary. Your thinking made you ordinary. Change your thinking and live a life that reflects the way you were born."
Hey sweetie pies! I hope this post finds you well! You ever see an outfit somewhere and say to yourself, "That outfit is cute but I don't know how I can make it work?" - well that is this outfit for me. I never personally thought that I could pull off a maxi dress with booties, especially these almost western inspired booties but I was pleasantly surprised! To add my own little bit of flair to the look, I opted for prints. First with this printed maxi dress that I styled for warm weather on the blog here. Then I opted for these brown booties that are a faux suede material. To bring out the brown a little more, I opted for this leopard scarf that I have had for ages. To my surprise the prints didn't clash, I believe it is because one is a small print and one is a big print. To complete the look, I threw on my tried and t…

Blog-Mas! - Holiday Themed Monthly/Weekly Layouts : Happy Planner

"There are seven days in the week. Someday is not one of them."
Hey hey sweetie pies. I hope you are doing well. Due to my absence from the blog due to dance work obligations, I will be blogging for the next two weeks Monday - Friday. This will be my version of "Blogmas" since I have been pretty absent for awhile. During Blog-mas I will be offering content in fashion, lifestyle, dance as well as holiday themed content. Even though I am still in rehearsals, I won't have any more shows until January so I will be able to dedicate the time that I need to you all. I am also trying to find a way to continue to be proactive on here once the shows start next year.  To start off Blog-mas I figured I would share my planner layouts for this month! This is my absolute favorite time of the year and I wanted my planner to reflect that. With a schedule full of parties, rehearsals, performances and events, organization and time management this month is extremely vital for me…

October & November Favorites 2017

"When you know your name, you should hang on to it, for unless it is noted down and remembered, it will die when you do." ~ Toni Morrison
Hey hey sweetie pies! I hope all has been well! I have been trying out new products and have gotten new goodies since my last monthly favorites post. I have favorites for fashion, beauty and some new songs that I have been loving. Check out my favorites below.

I have been loving my Celine dupe "shadow" sunglasses. I snagged these beauties at Charming Charlie which are no longer available. I managed to find a similar black pair that definitely tops the cost for the real thing. A real pair of these Celine sunglasses will put you back $300+! I haven't been able to get enough these as I love the boldness as well as the style! Ripley Aviator Sunglasses
I don't have a picture of these on the blog yet but I love the shape and style of these! They go perfect with any boho inspired looks that I create. I will make sure to do a loo…
