Spring Trend Essentials 2017 - What Trends You Need in your Wardrobe

"Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself." ~ Coco Chanel

Hey hey sweetie pies! I have been thinking about what essentials I need for the Spring season. Spring is in full effect and I am so excited! I figured that I would share my essentials for the season. l am loving faves such as bardot tops, floral anything, embroidery, metallic and embellished anything! I will be sharing my Springtime essentials and as always everything will be linked below. If the exact item is no longer available, I will link similar.

Florals
Florals....groundbreaking I know right?
Floral print is hands down one of my favorite prints and I am always so excited for the Spring season because I can wear them as much as possible! Floral can be found everywhere from handbags to apparel to home decor.

Bardot (off the shoulder) Tops and Dresses
The bardot trend is found everywhere in pretty much every retail store imaginable. You can find numerous bloggers flooding their Insta feed with this trendy piece. With it's feminine sexy silhouette, it makes a perfect trend for the Spring and Summer seasons alike.

Metallic
I have been pleasantly surprised at the fact that the metallic trend is still in full effect this season. Metallic shoes, handbags and other accessories have become to staple to rocking an envy worthy look.

Embroidery
Embroidery is perfect for creating that "worldly" look. With beautifully crafted, embroidered pieces you will always look like you are jet-setting off to somewhere tropical and beautiful! Found on multiple textures in multiple colors, this trend definitely adds to the list of must haves for the season!

Which trend bandwagon are you jumping on? I know it can be a little tricky to decide but I hope that this post helps!

How to Make Metallic Work for your Office Wardrobe - Twirling in Rose Gold

"To dare is to lose one's footing momentarily. To not dare is to lose oneself." ~ Soren Kierkegaard

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday! One trend that I am loving for Spring is the metallic trend. I am spying it everywhere from shoes to clothing to accessories. I raved awhile back about my obsession with this skirt that I got from Charlotte Russe. I love it so much that I had to feature it again on here! For this particular look, I opted to for a more work appropriate ensemble. I paired it with this ruffle blouse that I got ages ago from New York and Company. Even though this piece is no longer available, I linked some ruffle blouses just as fabulous as they are affordable below.

To keep it business casual, I opted to pair it with a blazer and my fave booties. That way you are still covered but fashionable. You can totally make metallic work for the office by letting it be the focal point and pairing it with neutrals. That way you won't be going overboard, especial…

How to Style - B+W Striped Dress 3 of 3 Ways

"We must be willing to let go of the life we planned in order to have the life that is waiting for us." ~ Joseph Campbell
Hey hey sweetie pies I am excited to show you the third way that I styled this dress from Rainbow. I opted to wear it tunic style with a pair of jeans and strappy heels. If the length is too long you can opt to leave two or three buttons closed and tie the ends of the shirt into a knot. It helps you  pull off that easy casual look. You can easily create variations of this look by swapping a few things. You can easily swap out the heels for some flat mules for the perfect casual spring outfit. Or you swap out the jeans for long distressed shorts with sandals for sexy casual look. Even though I have styled this dress 3 ways, the options are really endless. Make sure to check out the 1st or 2nd way that I styled this dress. Which look is your fave? 1, 2, or 3?! Leave your thoughts below I would love to hear!
