Products You Need to Try! - August Faves 2017

"All life is an experiment. The more you experiments you make, the better." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hey sweetie pies! Happy September! I hope you all are enjoying the month thus far. It has been kind of a rocky one for your girl but as always, I will bounce back - one blog post at a time. Even though I haven't been blogging consistently lately, I have definitely been using some products last month that I have been loving. Make sure to check them out below and share something that you have been loving in the comment section!

White Multicolored Lens Sunglasses
I have been loving these sunnies! They were the perfect compliment to any look - plus they are so fun! I found myself grabbing these to where to the pool or for a cool daytime look such as this one.
Gold Watch
I love a nice affordable watch! The particular one that I am talking about I got from Charming Charlie and is no longer available unfortunately. I will make sure to link some similar ones below.

Denim Shorts
I have been living in these shorts this month. I have been pairing them with everything from tees to button down blouses. You haven't really seen them on the blog much but no need to worry. You will definitely see them soon! I was able to link my exact pair and I linked some similar shorts in a darker wash for my plus size sisters!

I mentioned in my post National Book Lovers' Day 4 books every Girl Boss should read. Of course this book would make that list but I absolutely loved this book! If you are interested in a review, leave a comment below.

Bath and Body Works Candles
Now it is really no secret that I love Bath and Body works candles. Lately I have been on quite the candle craze and it shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. Plus BBW have been having some awesome sales on their candles. Make sure to sign up for their email list to get all the discounts!

L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara
I bought this mascara last month and omg!!!! I remember first hearing Beauty Vlogger Carli Bybel rave about how awesome it was but it would take me 2 years to finally try it for myself! (Don't ask) Ever since then, I refuse to use any other mascaras! I love the skinny wand to get in the corner of my eyes to get those hard to reach lashes. Plus it is small enough to use on the bottom lashes, which my beauty gurus know - that is hard to find these days in drugstore beauty especially.

Olay Night of Olay Firming Cream
This product has become part of my night time routine. After I apply my toner, I apply this cream to my face and neck before bed. In the morning, I wake up with firm, brighter and clear skin. It is definitely a product that I have been using for longer than a month but definitely a keeper.

Strip That Down - Liam Payne ft. Quavo
Overdosed - Alessia Cara
Perm - Bruno Mars
Mickey Shiloh - Try
Sorry Not Sorry - Demi Lovato

What is something on your current favorites' list? It could be anything - if you think the product is hot and I should try it, chime in below!
Have a great week sweetie pies!

"Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us." ~ Wilma Rudolph

**I received samples courtesy of Derive Colognes to review. Even though these samples were given for my boyfriend David and I to review, all opinions are our own.**
As some of you may know I suffer from eczema. I first noticed I had eczema as a child and was able to keep it pretty much under control. Within the past 2-3 years it has begun to rear it's ugly head again. With all of the smog, the sweating, the heat, the stress, the fragrances and a number of other factors - it has ignited my eczema to where it is hard to use a lot of my favorite things. One of which is perfume. I love smelling good plus it helps to lift my mood. I usually prefer to spray it on my wrist and behind my ears but had to stop doing that. I then resulted to misting it on my clothes but that still would irritate my…

One trend that I have been obsessing over lately is the straw bag. You have probably seen this trend on your IG feed or through Pinterest. At first sight, I didn't think I would like this trend. The idea of straw itself made me itch lolz. But this once frumpy and overlooked handbag has been upgraded and I don't hate it! Whether you are in need of a crossbody or an evening bag, there are stylish straw options. Check out my top suggestions below!

I did a bit of searching and these are the ones that stood out to me the most. I l…
